Exchange requests are discretionary and must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed. Eligible garments must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have original tags attached. Exchange shipping costs are determined case by case and communicated before proceeding. To request an exchange, message us on WhatsApp with your order reference.
